Unfortunately, the cashier charged me for the wrong amount. I am disappointed, because the receipt says that I bought a bottle of champagne for 100 GBP. I did not discover the error until 16:00 p.m.
I would greatly appreciate it if you would refund the chargeover. I look forward to your reply and the resolution of this matter. I will wait until March 15 before contacting a consumer protection agency or the Better Business Bureau. Unfortunately, your staff did not perform well, because I was insulted several times by a Russian guide, Anna. I am disappointed and hurt, because she also started harassing me on the Internet. She insulted me publicly on the site tury.ru. She has been doing it for several days. I believe that she is crazy.
